Viejo Conchal at Reserva Conchal
Three Territories One Dream

In Guanacaste, Costa Rica, few real estate projects are as ambitious as Reserva Conchal Golf and Beach Resort.  But, even within Conchal, Viejo Conchal, is one of the most ambitious ecological and community oriented projects in the Tamarindo and Flamingo area.

Bordered on one by the native Guanacaste forests and fronted by dazzling ocean views, Viejo Conchal will become a dramatic example of real estate development and property ownership with an ecological conscience. Although housed at the heart of the largest luxury real estate development in the history of Guanacaste, it will also become a community and ecology center, offering alternative job sources to neighboring towns and looking to promote local tourism.

Still in its pre-development stages, the project has been divided into three territories:

  • Territory Number One (28.874 square meters) will become a commercial and general services area, providing the inhabitants of Reserva Conchal’s neighboring communities with jobs in a small hub bars, restaurants, handcraft stores, police station, medical services and cleaning and maintenance zones.
  • Territory Number Two (25.900 square meters) will become a camping zone, surrounded by native trees and vegetation and beautiful paths. The area has been carefully preserved and reforested by professionals, with careful attention given to the conservation and reproduction of endangered species. It will provide tourists with interesting walk paths and a long bridge, already known as the Dizzy Bridge because its height and narrow design.
  • Territory Number Three (23.735 square meters) will be home to a research center for tropical studies. This building will host labs, a meeting room, library, offices and conference room, among others office services. Furthermore, it will also provide visiting scientists with a hostel area.

True to Reserva Conchal Beach and Golf Resort’s commitment to sustainable development, everything will be built with reforested local woods and especially designed to create the minimal ecological impact. Growing at the heart of a thriving community of luxury townhouses, apartments and villas, Viejo Conchal will become a living example of smart property management and active involvement in natural living.
