• We offer preventative and corrective maintenance services of common areas. Our crew has the knowledge in different fields of expertise such as electricity, plumbing, wood work, etc.

• Our team is readily available to provide cleaning services for common areas.

• Gardening staff is in charge of maintaining the landscaping in order to increase the beauty of an already stunning environment.

• Due to the support of a well established financial department we can elaborate, control and execute an annual budget for the condominium.

• In the case of outsourcing contracts we are committed to finding the most competitive prices and the best quality in the services. Once approved by owners, we control these agreements and make all necessary payments.

• We also have the support of a property management supervisor who is in charge of the administrators of each condominium and will be able to offer solutions when the scoop of authority goes beyond the reach of an individual.
