Our Community

At Reserva Conchal, we have built a small community of friends and families, living together in 2,300 acres of natural beauty, featuring an exclusive beach and golf resort and 700 acres of protected property, including mangroves.

This vibrant community is integrated by our home owners who have chosen to enjoy the perfect combination of magnificent environment and luxury our resort can offer, and our staff, a family of friends working together to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. At Reserva Conchal, our main objective has been to build this community in perfect balance with our environment, and with our neighbors in the lovely Guanacaste districts that surround us.

Home Owners

At Reserva Conchal, we have a diverse group of home owners with fifteen different nationalities, living together in this picturesque location. Fifty percent of our home owners joined us from the United States and more the twenty percent are Costa Ricans, who found in Reserva Conchal the perfect place to live or spend the holidays.

Staff Members

Most of our staff is Costa Rican, but we also have the pleasure of sharing our community with friends from Colombia, Peru, and Nicaragua. About half of our employees are from Guanacaste, most of them from the communities near Reserva Conchal.
