The colors of a new beginning.

Melina, or Beechwood, is one of the species more commonly used for reforestation purposes, due to its rapid growth. It has a straight trunk and spreads wide, with numerous branches forming a large shady crown. During the early years of Reserva Conchal, the ecosystem of this section of the property was naturally enriched by the Melinas’ growth.

This neighborhood was the first phase in our community on which homeowners were able to fully express their creativity in the design of their spacious and secluded homes. Twelve gorgeous home sites, some facing the 3rd and 4th fairways, are the setting for spectacular residences ideal for families that love to gather private and precious moments with a customized touch.
