We are proud of Guanacaste’s beauty and traditions and we intend to make them last as a part of Reserva Conchal.
Our Master Plan is the result of the joint effort: land planning carefully drawn by Wilson and Miller and EDSA –US companies specialized in resort communities— design and development guidelines created jointly with The Hulbert Group, based out of Canada, and the outstanding coordination of our management team.
The Reserva Conchal Resort follows a twenty-five year plan for a community development on a 2,300 acre (930 hectare) property that, once completed, will have approximately 2,000 residential units, 4 hotels, a beach club, an equestrian club, a golf club and much more; all developed under a Guanacastecan concept, respectful of nature, terrain, climate, flora and fauna.
