reservation
may be
made by
hotel
and non-hotel
guests
up to
one year

2. Daily
tee-times
may be
reserved
from 6:15
a.m. till
4:00 p.m. |

3. Tee
sheets
should
be available
at least
12 months
in advance,
and should
be booked
for the
following
factors:
•
Golf course
maintenance.
•
Sunrise
and sunset.
•
Tournaments
and events.
•
Weather
conditions.
•
Turn times,
when applicable. |

4. CANCELLATIONS
MUST BE
MADE AT
LEAST
48 HOURS
IN ADVANCE or a cancellation
fee equal
to the
amount
of reserved
green
fees will
be charged
to players.
Cancellations
made with
less than
a 48 hour
notification
will be
charged
at 50%
of regular
fees.
This cancellation
policy
must be
explained
in detail
to everyone
at the time of
the booking. |

5. Late arrivals
will be
subject
to availability.
An effort
should
be made
to accommodate
players
with a
later
tee-time
however,
players
shall
assume
the risk
of cancellation. |

6. A
NO RAIN
CHECK policy
will remain
in effect
unless
otherwise
approved
by the
Director
of Golf.
Golf Department
employees
must communicate
this policy
and verbally
inform
players
before
paying
for green
fees.
This is
critical
during
the months
June-November when we
experience a lot
of unpredictable
rains. |

7. If a reservation
is made
for fewer
than four
players,
the players
should
be informed
that they
may be
paired
with others
to complete
a foursome. |

8. Fivesomes
are discouraged,
but are
at the
discretion
of the
Director
of Golf
or other
staff
golf professionals. |

9. The tee
sheet
should
be blocked
for tournament
and group
play by
the Golf
Department
staff
well in
advance
to prevent
double-booking
of days
or times.
Golf shop
staff
should
monitor
the tee
sheet
on a weekly
basis
to insure:
- Group
times
have
been
blocked.
- Cancelled
group
times
have
been
removed
from
the
tee
sheet.
- Booking
procedures
are
correct.
A
credit
card authorization
form for
groups
of 4-four
or more
players
must be
signed
and returned
before
a reservation
is confirmed. |
