Costa Rica’s Reserva Conchal
A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY IN PRIME REAL ESTATE

In the international real estate market, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, has emerged as a first rate alternative for property ownership and, in this highly competitive real estate market, Reserva Conchal Beach and Golf Resort has made a name for itself above all others.  Already, the first members of our growing community enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the championship golf course —designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.— from the balconies of the Bouganvillea and Malinche Condominiums, which sold out even before completion.

Over the next 10 to 15 years, we will build single family homes, studio apartments, condominiums, town houses and villas, but long before they are completed, within the next five years, we will have created a world of amenities around them, including a second hotel, a Beach Club, and Equestrian Club and miles of hiking trails, thus creating a unique opportunity for property ownership that is also a fantastic investment.

With sustainability and the preservation of the surrounding natural environment as key drivers, resources and time will be devoted to preserving the natural setting and building upon its history.  At the core of it all, the two and a half mile stretch of Playa Conchal’s white sands will continue to provide their serene view of the Catalina Islands, serving as a radial point for Reserva Conchal’s diverse living environments and real estate investment opportunities:

  1. “La Bahía” (The Bay): The most highly developed concept so far: lying right in front of the beach and planned to house two hotels, a beach club, a golf course, and more than 30% of the total residential product. Of these, the first hotel and golf course, and the first 100 luxury condominiums, villas and family homes are already in use by an already vibrant community.
  2. “Carao”: Located right along the green of the superb Robert Trent Jones, Jr. course, two types of family homes will rise, surrounded by the reserve’s natural vegetation: the low, luxuriant terraces of the Terrace homes and the high views of the Panorama condominiums.
  3. “Los Ranchos”: located in the southern part of the property, this sector will be developed with a full Guanacaste-living concept, allowing for the enjoyment of some of the most notorious regional traditions. It will be a low-density ranch community, with hacienda style homes on large lots, equestrian facilities, and riding trails. This part of the property will host a boutique hotel, an Equestrian Club and a second golf course.
  4. “Los Altos” (The Highlands): Comprising the most exclusive area of the resort, Los Altos will rise on an elevated peninsula that flanks the beach, providing incredible views and cliffs that will challenge the initiative of architects and owners for the creation of extraordinary homes. It will become the high-end community in the project, with a boutique hotel nested at the tip of the property, as well as luxury homes and other residential units.
