Cancellation Policies

 

 

 (Check in 3:00pm. / check out 12:00 p.m) Rates + tax (13%)

All reservations will become firm when confirmed by email. All requests for modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (via fax or e-mail) to our reservations department. The request for reservation must indicate passenger’s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, room type.

Check in time is at 3:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00 md. After 3:00 pm HOTEL Reserva Conchal will charge a late checkout fee of $80 per hour and the full night rate if check out occurs after 5:00 p.m.
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise indicated, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs.
Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, upper floor, and location) are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check in time.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations are effective on the date that a written notice is received via Fax or E-mail at our Reservations office.  If a refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded through the same means of payment used by the guest to pay for the reservation. Any cancellations must be made in writing and sent to fax 506 2654 4722 or by email to reservations@reservaconchal.com
Refunds will be made as per the following

High Season & Peak Season (From December 26th, 2011 to January 2nd, 2011 from April 16th 2011 to April 24th, 2011).

 

DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL	PENALTY
Once the reservation is Confirmed First night deposit is non-refundable
60 days to 31 days before arrival	50% of the total amount Including First night non-refundable Deposit
30 days to 0 days before arrival	No refunds

 

Low Season   (January 03rd, 2011 to April 15th, 2011 April 24th, 2011 to December 25th, 2011).

3 to 0 days before arrival	50% of the total amount

In all cases Reserva Conchal will not authorize any refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages, or no shows.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE
It is agreed that Reserva Conchal will be relieved of its obligations in the event of natural disasters, fire, strike lockout, order of government authorities, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

PRIVACY POLICY
Reserva Conchal will maintain any and all information regarding our guest private to only our facility. The information entered into the site will not be provided to any other source. This information will be used sole by Reserva Conchal under penalty of applicable law.
