Kids Corner Regulations

1. The Club will have a children’s baby-sitting area (“Kid’s Corner”) at the beach club which will be open during the hours posted.

2. The Kid’s Corner operates on a first-come, first-served basis with specific child/staff ratios based on the number and ages of the children in attendance.

3. There is a five hour maximum stay in the Kid’s Corner.

4. Children from two to eight years of age are accepted at the Kid’s Corner.

5. Members of Reserva Conchal Club may be charged a fee per child for use of the Kid’s Corner as determined by The Club from time to time. The Club may also charge separately for food and beverages supplied by The Club.

6. Each child must be registered with the Director of the Kid’s Corner or the Director’s assistant for each visit. All children must be dropped off and picked up at the Kid’s Corner by their parents with direct contact with the Director or his or her assistant.

7. Parents are responsible for and must bring baby wipes, diapers, etc. All diaper bags and personal belongings must be marked with the child’s first and last name. The Club is not responsible for items left at the Kid’s Corner.

8. Children will not be allowed to bring in food. Bottles are allowed, but they will not be prepared or warmed by the Kid’s Corner staff.

9. The Director or his or her assistant has the discretion to refuse any child who appears to be ill. Parents will be notified, should their child become ill while at the Kid’s Corner.

10. The Director or his or her assistant may call a parent to remove a child due to illness or disruptive behavior. If a child continues to misbehave after a disciplinary warning, he or she may be removed and not permitted to return to the play room that day.

11. Parents must be on Reserva Conchal Club premises at all times, while their children are at the Kid’s Corner.

12. Please leave all toys, games, dolls, etc. at home, unless they are used for the child’s sense of security.
